Lauren Martin
Hi, my name is Lauren Martin, I have been very active with Ladies First Fitness for many years. I started working out with a close friend about 10 years ago and feel in love with it. I did dance for 10 years previous to this, dance was my outlet and I loved every minute. When nurse school started and the demanding schedule for my classes I was not able to dance any longer. This is when I turned to working out, I was able to do it on my own time. I was very scared at first of the classes, thinking that I could never do this or follow along. Once I talked myself into taking body Pump I was hooked. I enjoy all various types of exercising. You can even find me running sometimes, I was pleased that I was able to complete a 5K and then an 8K over this past spring.
I am a Home Health Nurse for Centra. I love working with the public and helping them with their health needs and concerns. In my spare time, which is not much, my husband and I are either at the lake or riding motorcycles. We have a 3 year old lab/pittbull mix that is the man of the house. You can find him and my husband crusing around town, he loves to ride in the truck. I have been married for a little over a year now and loving every minute.
Join Lauren today for a Bodypump class!
