As many of you are aware, the management of Ladies First recently approached the Kinetix Health Club about a possible alliance and partnership that envisioned substantial improvements to the Ladies First facility, as well as access to the Kinetix facilities at the Fort Hill and Forest locations for members of Ladies First.

Despite the best efforts of all involved, the hoped for improvements to the Ladies First facility will not take place. Over the last 6 months it has become increasingly more difficult to cover the daily operating expenses associated for Ladies First. Regrettably, I am unable to continue operating at a loss. The last day of operation for Ladies First will be December 31, 2011.
